WHEREFORE , this Court finds ROGER PADIN y TILAR GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of RAPE committed against AAA and is, hereby, sentenced to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua without eligibility for parole and to pay AAA the amounts of SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php75,000.00), as civil indemnity, SEVENTYFIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php75,000.00), as moral damages and SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php75,000.
