WHEREFORE , this Court finds ROGER PADIN y TILAR GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of RAPE committed against AAA and is, hereby, sentenced to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua without eligibility for parole and to pay AAA the amounts of SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php75,000.00), as civil indemnity, SEVENTY­FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php75,000.00), as moral damages and SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php75,000.00), as exemplary damages, which shall be subject to legal interest at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum from the date of finality of judgment until fully paid. SO ORDERED.
