WHEREFORE, premises all considered, judgment is hereby rendered ordering respondent Chateau Royale Sports and Country Club, Inc. liable to: 1) reinstate complainant to her former position without loss of seniority rights; 2) pay complainant full backwages from the time she was illegally dismissed up to actual reinstatement; and P110,000.00 x 25 months = P2,750,000.00 13 th Month Pay: P2,750,000.
WHEREFORE, premises all considered, judgment is hereby rendered ordering respondent Chateau Royale Sports and Country Club, Inc. liable to: 1) reinstate complainant to her former position without loss of seniority rights; 2) pay complainant full backwages from the time she was illegally dismissed up to actual reinstatement; and P110,000.00 x 25 months = P2,750,000.00 13 th Month Pay: P2,750,000.00 / 12 = 229,166.65 TOTAL BACKWAGES = P2,979,166.65 3) pay complainant attorney's fees at 10% of the total monetary award to be recovered (P2,979,166.65 x 10% = P297,916.65) All other claims are dismissed for lack of merit. SO ORDERED.
