TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE , the decision of the Regional Trial Court of Isabela [7] finding MANUEL CRISTOBAL and JOLITO CRISTOBAL GUILTY of ROBBERY WITH RAPE and sentencing them to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua , to pay jointly and severally to Luzviminda Cleto Garcia P50,000.00 for moral damages, P6,900.00 for actual damages and the costs, is AFFIRMED. The amount of P50,000.
