WHEREFORE , the decision of the court a quo finding accused-appellant JOEY AMIGABLE GUILTY of rape, sentencing him to reclusion perpetua and ordering him to pay his victim Olivia Gallo the amount of P50,000.00 for civil indemnity is AFFIRMED with the modification that accused-appellant is further ordered to pay her another P50,000.00 for moral damages, and to pay the costs. SO ORDERED.
