WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant ordering the latter to pay plaintiff the following measure of damages: (a) Actual damages in the amount of Seven Thousand (P7,000.00) Pesos with interest thereon at 12% per annum from July 29, 2002 until fully paid; (b) Attorney's fees in the amount of Five Thousand (P5,000.00) Pesos; and (c) Litigation expenses in the amount of Three Thousand (P3,000.00) Pesos.
