Arquero, Process Server of the Municipal Trial Court of Brooke’s Point, Palawan, GUILTY of immorality, for which he is hereby SUSPENDED for six (6) months and one (1) day without pay with a STERN WARNING that commission of the same or similar acts shall be dealt with severely. Let a copy of this decision be filed in the personal record of respondent. SO ORDERED.
