WHEREFORE, this Court finds the herein accused, Dolorico Guillera and Gary Guillera, GUILTYbeyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Murder under Article 248 of the Revised [P]enal Code as amended and hereby sentences both accused to a prison term of Reclusion Perpetua and to pay jointly and severally the heirs of the late Enrique Hernandez the following sums of money, to wit: P60,000.00 as civil liability; P50,000.00 as moral damages; and P70,000.00 as actual damages. The case against Francisco Guillera is hereby ARCHIVED. SO ORDERED.
