WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered ordering respondent Corporation to pay complainant full backwages and separation pay in lieu of reinstatement to the amounts of P234,000.00 and P18,720.00, respectively. Respondent is further ordered to pay complainant proportionate 13 th month pay and service incentive leave in the amounts of P4,680.
