WHEREFORE, above premises considered, we find that [sic] complainant ALMA C. LUGAWE to have been constructively dismissed, tantamount to illegal dismissal by respondent PACIFIC CEBU RESORT INTERNATIONAL INC. Respondent corporation is hereby ordered to pay the complainant the following: a) Backwages in the amount of P331,214.80; b) Separation Pay in the amount of P250,649.

LUGAWE to have been constructively dismissed, tantamount to illegal dismissal by respondent PACIFIC CEBU RESORT INTERNATIONAL INC. Respondent corporation is hereby ordered to pay the complainant the following: a) Backwages in the amount of P331,214.80; b) Separation Pay in the amount of P250,649.00; c) Attorney's Fees in the amount of P59,186.38; d) Moral damages in the amount of P10,000.00 All other claims are dismissed for lack of merit. SO ORDERED.
