Quitalig guilty of dishonesty, grave misconduct and conduct unbecoming a court employee prejudicial to the interest of the judicial service, he is FINED the amount of Forty Thousand Pesos ( P 40,000.00) to be paid within thirty (30) days from receipt of notice. SO ORDERED.
