WHEREFORE , in view of all the foregoing, the judgment appealed from is REVERSED and SET ASIDE . Petitioner Conrado Cano y Sampang is ACQUITTED of the crime charged against him and his immediate release from custody is ordered unless there is another cause for his continued detention. Costs de oficio . SO ORDERED.
