SP No. 85876 dated April 8, 2005 which set aside the December 16, 2003 Order of the Regional Trial Court of Mandaluyong City, Branch 210 dismissing Civil Case No. MC00-1260 for respondent's failure to prosecute, and directing the Regional Trial Court of Mandaluyong City, Branch 210 to conduct further proceedings, and its Resolution dated August 3, 2005, denying petitioners' motion for reconsideration are AFFIRMED. SO ORDERED.
