WHEREFORE, IN THE LIGHT OF ALL THE FOREGOING, judgment is hereby rendered. 1. Declaring the dismissal of the above-named complainants in the instant cases, as valid and lawful; 2. The claims for reinstatement with full backwages, damages and attorney's fees are hereby dismissed for lack of merit.
