WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is rendered directing the respondents MAERSK-FILIPINAS CREWING, INC. and A.P. MOLLER A/S, jointly and severally, to pay the complainant EUGENIO T. LUMAGAS the following: 1. Total Permanent Disability compensation equivalent to [USD] 90,000.00; 2. Sickness Allowance equivalent to [USD] 2,800.00[; and] 3. Attorney's Fees equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total monetary award. All other claims or counterclaims not specifically mentioned herein are dismissed for lack of merit. SO ORDERED.
