Ruling

WHEREFORE, in the (sic) light of the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused SONIA M. BALAGTAS GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of qualified (sic) under Article 310 of the Revised Penal Code as amended by R.A. 10951 and she is hereby sentenced to suffer imprisonment of an indeterminate penalty of four (4) years and two (2) months of prision correccional as minimum to nine (9) years and four (4) months of prision mayor as maximum; to pay complainant VISATECH INTEGRATED CORPORATION the amount" of P304,569.38 with legal interest from the date of filing of Information until fully paid and to pay the costs of suit. SO ORDERED.
