WHEREFORE, on reasonable doubt, judgment is rendered ACQUITTING accused Frank Leo Telintelo and [Bagbagen] of the crime of Estafa. Both are however found to be civilly liable. Frank Leo Telintelo and [Bagbagen] are hereby ORDERED, solidarily, to indemnify [Perez] and her co-heirs the principal amount of [PHP] 308,000.00.

Frank Leo Telintelo and [Bagbagen] are hereby ORDERED, solidarily, to indemnify [Perez] and her co-heirs the principal amount of [PHP] 308,000.00. The entire amount shall earn legal interest at the rate of 6% per annum commencing from the finality of this decision until fully paid. Costs against both accused. SO ORDERED.
