Ruling

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, judgment is hereby rendered finding accused [XXX] guilty of the crime of SIMPLE SEDUCTION in relation to [Republic Act No.] 7610 and this Court hereby sentences him to suffer imprisonment of FOUR (4) YEARS, EIGHT (8) MONTHS AND ONE (1) DAY of Prision Correccional , as minimum, to SIX (6) YEARS AND ONE (1) DAY of Prision Mayor , as maximum. He is further ordered to pay the private complainant the following amounts, to wit: a) [PHP] 20,000.00 as Actual Damages; b) [PHP] 100,000.00 as Moral Damages; and, c) [PHP] 50,000.00 as Exemplary Damages. SO ORDERED.
