WHEREFORE , there being preponderance of evidence in favor [of Angelito], [Jennifer] is ordered: To pay [Angelito] actual damages in the amount of [PHP] 50,000.00; To pay [Angelito] the sum of [PHP] 100,000.00 as attorney's fee, plus [PHP] 2,000.00 appearance fee, and another amount of [PHP] 50,000.
WHEREFORE , there being preponderance of evidence in favor [of Angelito], [Jennifer] is ordered: To pay [Angelito] actual damages in the amount of [PHP] 50,000.00; To pay [Angelito] the sum of [PHP] 100,000.00 as attorney's fee, plus [PHP] 2,000.00 appearance fee, and another amount of [PHP] 50,000.00 as litigation expenses; To pay [Angelito] the amount of [PHP] 200,000.00 for moral damages and [PHP] 100,000.00 for exemplary damages; To pay the cost of suit.
