WHEREFORE, premises considered, accused [XXX234512] is found guilty beyond reasonable doubt of Violation of Section 5, Republic Act No. 7610 and Violation of Section 4(a) in relation to Sec. 4(d) (sic) of Republic Act No. 9208 as amended by Republic Act No. 10364. For violation of Section 5, Republic Act No. 7610 under Criminal Case No. 15-312138, accused [XXX234512] is sentenced to suffer the penalty of twelve (12) years, five (5) months and eleven (11) days of prision mayor as minimum to twenty 20) years of reclusion temporal as maximum. With regard to the charge under Criminal Case No. 15-315805, accused [XXX234512] is sentenced to serve straight penalty of twenty (20) years following Section 10(a) of Republic Act No. 9208. SO ORDERED.
