Geronimo, Sheriff IV, Branch 121, Regional Trial Court, Imus City, Cavite, is found GUILTY of grave misconduct and is DISMISSED from the service IMMEDIATELY , with FORFEITURE of all retirement benefits, except accrued leave credits, and with prejudice to his re-employment in any branch or agency of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations. SO ORDERED.
