WHEREFORE , premises considered, this Court finds Edwin Fangonil, process server of Regional Trial Court, Branch 61, Baguio City, GUILTY for grave misconduct and is DISMISSED from the service with forfeiture of all benefits, except accrued leave credits, and disqualification from reinstatement or appointment to any public office including government-owned or controlled corporation. SO ORDERED.
