WHEREFORE , premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered DISMISSING the complaint for illegal dismissal filed by the complainant[s]. However, respondent Coogee International Incorporated is ordered to pay complainants Holiday Pay and Service Incentive Leave Pay (SILP). The computation of complainants' Holiday Pay and Service Incentive Leave Pay is reflected in the sheet attached herewith which forms an integral part of this Decision.
