WHEREFORE, respondent. Atty, Honesto A. Cabarroguis is found guilty of violating Rule 16.04, Canon 16 of the Code of Professional Responsibility. Accordingly, he is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of three (3) months effective upon receipt of this Resolution, with a stern warning that a commission of the same or similar acts or offenses will be dealt with more severely. Atty. Cabarroguis is DIRECTED to inform the Court of the date of his receipt of this Resolution within ten (10) days from receipt thereof. Let a copy of this Resolution be furnished the Office of the Bar Confidant, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, and the Office of the Court Administrator for circulation to all the courts in the country for their information and guidance. SO ORDERED.
