WHEREFORE, this Court finds accused Olegario Pascual y Maramag, GUILTY BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT of the crime of violation of the Anti-Highway Robbery as defined under Section 3 (b) of P.D. 532, he is hereby sentenced to suffer imprisonment of Reclusion Perpetua and to indemnify the relatives of the victim in the amount of P50,000.00 as actual damages, P28,000.
