WHEREFORE, accused Gregorio Pelonia, having been found to be guilty of the crime of Homicide as proved by the prosecution beyond reasonable doubt, he is hereby sentenced to suffer the indeterminate penalty of imprisonment of Eight (8) Years and One (1) Day of prision mayor as minimum to Fourteen (14) Years Eight (8) Months and One (1) Day of reclusion temporal as maximum. He is further ordered to indemnify the heirs of Ignacio Nacilla, the following amounts, to wit: P50,000.

SO ORDERED.
