WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered ordering respondent Philippine Savings Bank to pay complainant Hazel Thea F. Genove the amount of EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE PESOS AND 33/10 (P86,553.33) representing proportionate 13 th month pay, teller's allowance and monetary value of her unused leave credits. The other claims and the case against the individual respondents are dismissed for lack of merit.
