CEB-SP No. 01567 finding that respondent Raymund Garriel was illegally dismissed are REVERSED and SET ASIDE . The National Labor Relations Commission-Cebu City (Fourth Division) is likewise ordered to discharge and/or release Supersedeas Bond No. JCL (15)-0503/04 dated June 17, 2004 posted by petitioners. SO ORDERED.
