WHEREFORE, judgment is rendered declaring accused RUBY DALMAN, EDITHA SAGUIN and LANI GRADO guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime charged in the Information. They are hereby sentenced to pay a FINE in the total amount of P50,000.00 each with subsidiary imprisonment in case of failure to pay the fine and to pay jointly and severally the total amount of P23,784.39 plus interest of 12% per annum from April 1993 until the amount is fully satisfied.
