WHEREFORE, premised from the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered ordering defendants to pay plaintiff jointly and severally the following amounts: P24,000,000 as compensation for plaintiff's services plus the legal rate of interest from the time of demand until fully paid; P3,000,000 as reimbursement of plaintiff's expenses; P1,000,000 as and for attorney's fees; P500,000 as exemplary damages; Costs of suit.
