Ruling

WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered ordering the Department of Agrarian Reform through the Land Bank of the Philippines to pay petitioner Hernando T. Chico the total amount of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND (sic) PESOS (P1,860,540.00), Philippine Currency, representing the just compensation for his property with a total area of 9.3027 hectares, situated at Sto. Tomas Feria, Quezon, Nueva Ecija, covered by TCT No. N-18893 , with 12% legal interest annually, from date of acquisition, until fully paid. No costs. SO ORDERED.
