TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE , in view of the foregoing, the Court finds accused [XXX] GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt for violation of Section 5(b) of Republic Act 7610. He is hereby sentence ( sic ) to suffer the indeterminate penalty of EIGHT (8) years and ONE (1) day of prision mayor as minimum to SEVENTEEN (17) years, FOUR (4) months and ONE (1) day of reclusion temporal , as maximum, and to pay the amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P15,000.00) as fine.

Likewise, he is ordered to pay AAA the amount of TWENTY THOUSAND Pesos (P20,000.00) as civil indemnity FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P15,000.00) as moral damages; and FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P15,000.00) as exemplary damages, with subsidiary imprisonment in case of insolvency SO ORDERED.
