WHEREFORE, the appealed decision is AFFIRMED finding appellant TEODORICO UBALDO, guilty as principal in homicide, with the modification that he is credited with one mitigating circumstance of sufficient provocation by the offended party and sentenced to an indeterminate penalty of EIGHT (8) YEARS of prision mayor , as minimum to FOURTEEN (14) YEARS AND EIGHT (8) MONTHS of reclusion temporal as maximum. All other parts of the appealed decision are maintained. SO ORDERED.
