WHEREFORE , premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiffs and against the defendants and all persons claiming right under them, directing the latter to: Vacate and surrender peaceful 9possession to the plaintiffs of the subject property, described under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 4844, located at Lot 7, Block 26, Maligaya Park, Barangay 177, Zone 15, Purok 4, Camarin, Caloocan City; Pay the plaintiffs moral damages in the amount of P50,000.
