The nominees, as listed in the Certificate of Nomination filed on 19 January 2010 by Emmanuel Joel J.

The nominees, as listed in the Certificate of Nomination filed on 19 January 2010 by Emmanuel Joel J. Villanueva, President and Chairman of Citizens' Battle Against Corruption (CIBAC) Party List, are recognized as the legitimate nominees of the said party. SO ORDERED.
