WHEREFORE, based on the evidence on record, this Court finds the plaintiff's case to be meritorious. The defendants are hereby ordered to pay the sum of P557,000.00 representing the principal loan with an interest rate of 18% per annum pursuant to their Loan Agreement. The defendants are also directed to pay the plaintiff the sum of P30,000.
WHEREFORE, based on the evidence on record, this Court finds the plaintiff's case to be meritorious. The defendants are hereby ordered to pay the sum of P557,000.00 representing the principal loan with an interest rate of 18% per annum pursuant to their Loan Agreement. The defendants are also directed to pay the plaintiff the sum of P30,000.00 plus 20% of the amount awarded by way of Attorney's fees. SO ORDERED.
