Ruling

WHEREFORE, in view of all the foregoing, the Court finds accused MC MERVON DELICA AGAN @ "Butchoy", @ "Sadisto", GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of ROBBERY with HOMICIDE and is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua , and to pay the heirs of Erlinda Verano Ocampo and Maricar Delica Mandreza the amount of P75,000.00 each, as death indemnity; P80,000.00 each, as moral damages; and to pay the heirs of Maricar Delica Mandreza the amount of P79,568.98, as actual damages. SO ORDERED.
