WHEREFORE, respondents FLORENCIO SJ. ALCANTARA and SALES T. BISNAR , both Sheriffs IV of the Regional Trial Court of Morong, Rizal, Branches 78 and 80, respectively, are found GUILTY of GRAVE MISCONDUCT [30] and are hereby DISMISSED from the service, with forfeiture of all retirement benefits and privileges, except accrued leave credits, if any, with prejudice to re-employment in any branch or instrumentality of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations. SO ORDERED.
