WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Demurrer to Evidence dated 4 October 2013 is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, with respect only to the accused Spouses Benny Wong and Estelita Wong, for want of sufficient evidence and on the ground of reasonable doubt, the above-captioned case is hereby ordered DISMISSED. Pending the proper verification of the alleged death of the third and last co-accused Patrick Law, for record purposes only, let bench warrant of arrest be issued against him.
