WHEREFORE, the decision of the lower court is hereby REVERSED and judgment is hereby entered ordering defendants Felicidad Vda. de Cabrera and Marykane Cabrera to vacate the portion of Lot 2238 occupied by them and surrender possession thereof to plaintiff. SO ORDERED.
