WHEREFORE, in Crim. Case No. RTC-6321-I. accused Anthony Cacho and Randolph Cambe are found GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Frustrated Murder and are hereby sentenced to suffer the indeterminate penalty of imprisonment from EIGHT (8) YEARS and ONE (1) DAY of prision mayor as minimum to FOURTEEN (14) YEARS, EIGHT (8) MONTHS and ONE (1) DAY of reclusion temporal as maximum.

WHEREFORE, in Crim. Case No. RTC-6321-I. accused Anthony Cacho and Randolph Cambe are found GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Frustrated Murder and are hereby sentenced to suffer the indeterminate penalty of imprisonment from EIGHT (8) YEARS and ONE (1) DAY of prision mayor as minimum to FOURTEEN (14) YEARS, EIGHT (8) MONTHS and ONE (1) DAY of reclusion temporal as maximum. In addition, accused Cacho and Cambe are likewise ordered to pay jointly and severally complaining Witness Lynyrd Cueva civil indemnity, moral damages and exemplary damages each in the amount of P50,000.00 and actual damages in the amount of P153,316.25. In Crim. Case No. RTC-6322-I, accused Anthony Cacho and Randolph Cambe are found GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Attempted Murder and are hereby sentenced to suffer the indeterminate penalty of imprisonment from FOUR (4) YEARS and TWO (2) MONTHS of prision correccional as minimum to EIGHT (8) YEARS of prision mayor as maximum. In addition, accused Cacho and Cambe are likewise ordered to pay jointly and severally complaining witness Paul David Cueva civil indemnity, moral damages and exemplary damages each in the amount of P50,000.00 and actual damages in the amount P38,608.00 (sic). All monetary awards in the above-entitled cases, including civil indemnity, moral damages, exemplary damages and actual damages shall earn interest at the rate of six (6) percent per annum from the time of the finality of this decision until fully paid in consonance with the ruling in Oandasan case. SO ORDERED.
