In lieu of the DISMISSAL that his offense carries, but which can no longer be effectively imposed because of his resignation, respondent Nuñez is hereby ordered to suffer the penalty of FORFEITURE of whatever benefits still due him from the government, except accrued leave credits, if any, that he had earned, and is likewise declared to be DISQUALIFIED from employment in any branch or instrumentality of the Government,…
