WHEREFORE, finding Salvacion Alamares and Roberto Acuin guilty beyond reasonable doubt of Qualified Trafficking in Persons (R.A. 9208, otherwise known as "The Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003") in Crim. Case No. 134741-A, this court hereby sentences each accused to suffer the penalty of life imprisonment and to pay a fine of Two Million Pesos (PhP2,000,000.00) and PhP50,000.00 as moral damages to each of the private offended parties (BBB, CCC and DDD). Meanwhile, accused Gina Ajero is Acquitted for insufficiency of evidence. In Crim. Case No. 134741, all accused are Acquitted for insufficiency of evidence. SO ORDERED.
