WHEREFORE , premises considered, accused ROLANDO TERNIDA y Munar is hereby found GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of violation of Section 5, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165 and is sentenced to suffer the penalty of life imprisonment and a fine of five hundred thousand pesos (Php500,000.00). SO ORDERED.
