The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) is ordered to issue the Deed of Sale and other necessary documents to petitioners over Lot Numbers 1622, 1623 and 1636, PSD 78-000. The Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CLOA) issued to private respondent, if one has already been issued, is ordered cancelled. SO ORDERED.
