TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE, premises considered, upon the filing by Petitioner-in-Intervention of a bond, in the amount of Php1,200,000,000.00 in favor of Petitioner which will answer for all the damages the latter may sustain by reason of the injunction if the Court should finally decide that the injunction Petitioner-in-Intervention was not entitled thereto, let a Writ of Preliminary Injunction be issued.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, upon the filing by Petitioner-in-Intervention of a bond, in the amount of Php1,200,000,000.00 in favor of Petitioner which will answer for all the damages the latter may sustain by reason of the injunction if the Court should finally decide that the injunction Petitioner-in-Intervention was not entitled thereto, let a Writ of Preliminary Injunction be issued. Said writ shall restrain the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, its agents, assignees, representatives or any person acting in behalf from continuing the public bidding, selling and disposal of the properties covered by TCT Nos. 218667, 7135, 7136, 7138 and 7139, including all acts leading to the disposal of assets it had acquired or foreclosed from Banco Filipino Savings and Mortgage Bank. Finally, let the writ be implemented by this Court's Sheriff Leodel N. Roxas. SO ORDERED.
