WHEREFORE, this Court finds accused EUGENIO L. FAMOR, NICASIO M. PEÑA, and CAMACHO L. CHIONG guilty beyond reasonable doubt of having violated Sec. 3(e), RA 3019, and are each sentenced to suffer the indeterminate penalty of six (6) years and one (1) month, as minimum to eight (8) years, as maximum; perpetual disqualification from public office; and, to indemnify, jointly and severally, the Government of the Republic of the Philippines in the amount of One Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Three Pesos and 30/100 (P161, 563.30). SO ORDERED.
