WHEREFORE , the Court finds Respondent Atty. Elmer A. Dela Rosa GUILTY of gross misconduct in violation of the Code of Professional Responsibility. He is DISBARRED from the practice of law.
WHEREFORE , the Court finds Respondent Atty. Elmer A. Dela Rosa GUILTY of gross misconduct in violation of the Code of Professional Responsibility. He is DISBARRED from the practice of law. The Office of the Bar Confidant is DIRECTED to strike out the name of Elmer A. Dela Rosa from the Roll of Attorneys. This Resolution is without prejudice to any pending or contemplated proceedings to be initiated against Respondent. The Office of the Bar Confidant should attach a copy of this Decision to Respondent's records in its custody. Let copies of this Decision be furnished to the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and the Office of the Court Administrator for dissemination to all courts in the country. This Decision takes effect immediately. SO ORDERED.
