WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered: 1. Dismissing the complaints for Unfair Labor Practice, non-payment of holiday pay and holiday premium, service incentive leave pay and 13 th month pay; Dismissing the complaint of Edgardo Belda for refund of boundary-hulog; 2. Dismissing the complaint for illegal dismissal against the respondents Prince Transport, Inc. and/or Prince Transport Phils.
