WHEREFORE , finding cogent reason to reverse the assailed resolution, the motion for reconsideration is GRANTED finding no probable cause against the [petitioners]. Consequently, the City Prosecutor of Manila is hereby directed to cause the withdrawal of the information, if any has been filed in court, and to report the action taken thereon within TEN (10) DAYS from receipt hereof. SO ORDERED.
Accordingly, the DOJ Resolution [26] dated March 10, 2006 disposed as follows: WHEREFORE , finding cogent reason to reverse the assailed resolution, the motion for reconsideration is GRANTED finding no probable cause against the [petitioners].
