Ruling

WHEREFORE , this Court finds XXX GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of six (6) counts of RAPE committed against AAA and twelve (12) counts of RAPE committed against BBB and is, hereby, sentenced to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua on eighteen (18) counts, without eligibility for parole and to pay each of the victims, AAA and BBB, the amounts of SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P75,000.00), as civil indemnity, SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P75,000.00), as moral damages and SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P75,000.00), as exemplary damages, for each count, which shall be subject to legal interest at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum from the date of finality of judgment until fully paid. SO ORDERED.
